Prezzo in Crawley is one of those places you wander into thinking, “Sure, let’s play it safe with Italian,” and then come out genuinely chuffed you did. It’s tucked into the old town’s historic George Hotel building—yes, the kind of timber-framed beauty that looks like it should house witches or a medieval tax collector. Turns out, it now houses carbonara.

The food was absolutely amazing – we had both the pizza and the pasta, and they were delicious. The service was lovely, very kind and helpful. A special shoutout to Michaela – she is absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Once again the food is lovely but much more importantly the service is excellent. Really friendly, helpful and on it! The manager without doubt the star. Having been visiting Prezzo Crawley for a number of years it is in need of some TLC... the ceilings are stained with years of water leaks and things looking a little tied. The service in Prezzo is second to none which is why we go back time after time!

We have always had a lovely time when dining at Prezzo in Crawley. The food is so tasty, never had a bad meal and the service is great. Staff are friendly and food is brought to you promptly and a sufficient time between courses. Staff are friendly. The restaurant and toilets are clean. Always happy to go back!

Service was excellent. Beyond what I expect for a chain restaurant Food also suppers. Mains and desserts demolished by all of us Good choice of food, something for everyone They need to warn customers that on Mother's Day there is a 2 course and 3 course menu at a premium price. You can't just go in for a main course. People who booked online, like us, did not know this Choice of desserts was poor None of this spoilt enjoyment though

We came in Wednesday. Was busy inside . But we had most amazing service. Good was delicious. We have ordered baked mushrooms for starter to share and 2 meaty Calzone. Was very nice spiced pica. We will definitely came back for food and service .

Had my birthday dinner at our local Prezzo in Crawley and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was spot on, the service was friendly and efficient, and the team helped make the evening feel really special. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, and everything tasted fantastic. A proper 10 out of 10 – thank you, Prezzo, for a memorable birthday meal!
